Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, Central Gardens in Midtown boasts an incredible array of American foursquare homes and bungalows. A selection of the neighborhood’s most architecturally significant residences get the spotlight each year during the Central Gardens Home and Garden tour, an annual event that draws thousands of curious onlookers from the local community.

As its name would suggest, Central Gardens is located in the heart of the city and is defined by its lush surroundings, quiet atmosphere and spectacular homes. Although the neighborhood itself is residential and lacks a commercial boulevard, Central Gardens is convenient to East Midtown and Midtown, which means the area’s cafes, bars, restaurants and boutiques are a short stroll away. A Kroger grocery store, a drug store and other essentials are also nearby.
