Adjacent to Shelby Farms Park and just east of the city line lies Cordova, a suburb with large single-family homes that feel a world away from Downtown–though the average commute from the neighborhood is only about 30 minutes.

The community is one of the fastest growing neighborhoods in Memphis, with a residential population of more than 68,000.

Charm, convenient amenities and proximity make Cordova a sought after suburb for many Memphians.

A branch of the Memphis Public Library can be found here, Bert Ferguson Park & Community Center features a 1.5-mile walking trail, outdoor tennis courts, recreation fields, a children’s playground and pavilion, and dining options along Germantown Parkway include locally owned and Mediterranean-inspired favorites like Cedars Restaurant and Tandoor Grill.

An array of festivals, including crafts fairs and a Fourth of July parade, are held annually and bring thousands from the community together.
