For more than 100 years, Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare (MLH) has been a part of the Memphis community: serving families, growing careers, and building healthier communities across the Mid-South.

As one of the region’s largest health care systems and employers, MLH is more than a place to work; it’s a place to belong.

With six hospitals and dozens of specialty centers and clinics across West Tennessee, North Mississippi, and East Arkansas, MLH offers careers in almost every corner of health care. From bedside care to IT, finance, and support services, MLH employs more than 11,000 associates and 2,000 providers, creating a powerful team of people who care for patients and support each other.

Beyond the size of the system, the people and culture are what set MLH apart. At the heart is a shared belief in The Power of One – the idea that every person and small act can make a big difference. That culture of purpose and belonging extends from patient rooms to break rooms, shaping how teams show up for one another every day.

MLH invests deeply in its workforce, knowing that when associates thrive, patients and communities do too. The organization provides tuition assistance and skilled training certifications to help employees learn new skills and advance in their careers.

Le Bonheur Children’s Hospital, a member of the MLH family, is a nationally recognized children’s hospital and a strong clinical partner with St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Most notably, Le Bonheur and St. Jude partner to host one of the country’s largest pediatric brain tumor programs – resecting 240 tumors in 2024. Le Bonheur cardiologists hold clinic on the St. Jude campus to care for children and adults with chemotherapy-induced heart failure. In addition, Le Bonheur provides emergency care and transport services to St. Jude patients.

Whether you’re building a life in Memphis or looking for meaningful work near a loved one at St. Jude, Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare offers opportunity, impact, and a culture that feels like home.
